Belgian Specialty Ale - Extract

Recipe Notes
Boil 2.5 gallons of water.
Turn off burner and carefully stir in all extract, candy sugar and maltodextrin.
Turn on burn and bring to a rolling boil.
Add 2 oz Kent Golding hops (bittering) and boil for 50 min.
Add 0.5 oz Kent Goldings hops (aroma) and boil for 5 min.
Turn off burner and cool wort to 70 degrees F as soon as possible.
Sprinkle yeast inside empty fermenter.
Poor cooled wort into fermenter.
Add enough 70 degree F water to fermenter to bring wort level to 5 gal.
Put a lid on the fermenter and an airlock.
Ferment 2 weeks.
Prime and bottle.
Condition 2 weeks.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
