Mash at 154 for 60 minutes with a 4/3 qt/lb water/grain ratio.
Batch Sparge to 7 gallons
90 minute Boil
Chill to 50 degrees before pitching yeast
Primary for 19 days fermenting at 47-52 degrees
Allow to come up to room temperature for 48 hours
Transfer to secondary and ferment at 36-39 degrees for 6 weeks.
