PM using mini mash tun or grain bag method with 154F one hour mash and batch sparge. Full boil. Ferment at 68F for 2-3 weeks then bottle with 4-5 oz. corn sugar depending on volumes CO2 wanted and temp at bottle time. Let sit at least 2 weeks, probably better after 3 or 4. Good potential for aging.
