Mash at 148 for 60 minutes. Total Boil time is 120 minutes, adding Syrups at the beginning of the boil. Ferment for 2 days at 60-65F and then raise temp to 77-83F. Lower temp back to 65-70F and condition for 2 weeks. Bottle or keg after that, and store cold for as long as you can. This sucker is so tasty I started drinking it straight out of the fermenter.
