Recipe Notes
Mash at 154 degrees for 60 minutes. Add FWH hops to kettle with first runnings. Boil for 60 minutes. Cool to less than 70 degrees and pitch rehydrated yeast. Ferment at 64-68 degrees for 3 weeks.
