Recipe Notes
I use table sugar and my own toasted raw wheat. That along with the Mt. Rainier hops I bought in bulk and the fact that I get 90% eff with this small af grain bill (saves a lb. of base) make this a $10 batch. Fermented a week and cold crashed for three days then bottled. It's carbed and clean flavored in just two weeks but needs more cold conditioning in the bottle to clear the chill haze. Fast, expensive and much better than Pabst.
