Recipe Notes
Steep at 158 for 30 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes adding 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil. Add 1/2 of the LME with 20 minutes left in the boil. Ferment at 50F and then lager at 34-36F for 4-6 weeks.
