Brew day:
Strike: 164
Mash water: 1.5 gallons
Sparge Water: .5 gallons
First Running: 1.076, 14 cups
Second running: 1.065, 8 cups
Mixed: 1.073, 22 cups
O.G.: 1.097, 16 cups
Added 1/4 stick of cinnamon at 10 minutes, .4 cup lactose
