Add 4 oz cocoa powder and lactose after primary fermentation, I normally boil them with a bit of water first.
Depending on your system you may want to use rice hulls, the 2.5 lbs of oats really gives a sticky mash but I love the mouthfeel I get out of it after a few months aging. I find this peaks at 4 months.
mash at 155 for 60 min.
