Hallertauer additions were based on 4.4% AA
Tettnanger additions were based on 4.4%
1.75oz Hall @ 60 min
1.50oz Hall @ 30 min
0.75oz Hall @ 15 min
1.00oz Tett @ 5 min
Total = 48.9 IBU (tinseth)
Mash at 150F for 60minutes.
Boil for 90 minutes.
Primary for 3 weeks then secondary for a week for clearing. Age for about a month.
