Recipe Notes
Great light bodied but hoppy light colored beer.
Specialty Grains:
Steep grains @ 158 for 30-45 minutes. Sparge(rinse) with 160 degree water poured over grains upon removal from steeping pot.
Fermentables:
Add 3lbs of DME boil for 60 miutes, add remainig 2 lbs of DME 15 minutes before flame out. (add whirlflock 15 minutes before flame out)
Hops Schedule:
.25oz Yakima 60 minutes
.25oz Yakima 45 minutes
.25oz Yakima 30 minutes
.25oz Yakima 15 minutes
.5oz Yakima 0 Minutes
.5oz Dry hopped in secondary
Fermentation Schedule
14 Days in primary
10 Days miimum in secondary
Bottle using Kreamy X or Priming suger
