Recipe Notes

Mash at 149F for 90-mins.

90 min boil time.

Add 3 lbs. of cane sugar to boil.

Pitch w/ yeast starter at 64F then rise to 70F over 7-days.

When finished, Carb to 3-4 volumes.

Lager at 45-50 for 1 month
