Recipe Notes

This is my attempt at a Pilsner but brewed with Ale yeast. Keep the fermentation as low as possible (59F according to Fermentis) to make the yeast influence as neutral as possible. The recipe is showing as having a lower SRM than the stule (Blonde) but I the Decoction should raise the SRM a few points. Alternateively, make this with a pale malt and just do a single infusion.
