Recipe Notes

Steep malt at 158 for 30 - 45 minutes. Add 1/2 of LME at the beginning of the boil and the remaining half to the boil with 20 minutes left. Ferment at 50F for 2 weeks, and lager for 4-6 weeks at 34-36F
