Recipe Notes
6.5 lbs pumpkin (roughly 25%)
*You can add the pumpkin in the boil or mash. Recommend adding to mash and hold for 90 mins at 153F and mash out/sparge 168F.
During boil:
1 tsp of Irish Moss at 15 mins.
3 tsp of Allspice at 5 mins
3 tsp of Nutmeg Spice at 5 mins.
5 tsp of Cinnamon at 5 mins.
