Mash @ 150 to keep dry. Add 5 lbs of frozen strawberry puree to secondary. Primary 5 days, secondary 8. Rack to second carboy for a few weeks to clear.
recipe also called for 3 oz of Pectin enzyme, don't know if I will add it.
