Steep grains for 20 mins @ ~160F
boil extract for 60 mins or boil half of the extract for 60 mins and the other half for 30 mins to get more hop utilization
Boil hops for 60mins
Other yeast like pacman can be used instead
For more alcohol an additional lb of sugar could be used without much flavor lost
