This Alt recipe is directly adapted from Rohrbach Brewing Co's German Alt that was contracted for Swan Market in Rochester, NY.
The brewer worked closely with my wife to replicate this for Big Brew Day 2009. It was her first time brewing, and she made an incredible beer.
