Steep grain at 158 for 30 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes and add 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil. Add other 1/2 of the LME with 20 minutes left in the boil. Ferment at 50F for 2 weeks and lager for 4-6 weeks at 34-36F.
