mash @ 154 for 60-90 min 60min boil start of boil add .5oz hallertau @ 45min .25oz hallertau and @ 20min add .25oz hallertau chill wort to 70F pitch hefeweizen yeast @ 68F for 14 days or until gravity reading says to bottle. bottle and carb for 14 days @ 68-70F condition 2-3 weeks. cheat and take a sample bottle @ 1-2 weeks
