Recipe Notes

Steep grains in 4.5 Qt of water at 155 degrees for 1 hour

Remove grains and rinse, as in a sparage with 1 Qt water

Bring to boil, remove heat and add DME a little at a time returning to heat and desolving all DME

Return to boil, add 1/4 tsp Fermcap S and 2 oz Chinook

Boil for 40 min

Add second 1/4 tsp Fermcap S and 2 oz Columbus

Boil for 20 min

Chill down to 70 degrees

Add wort to Primary Fermentor and aerate well

Pitch 2 vials yeast, ferment 1 week

Add 2 oz Cascade to secondary and rack beer

Let ferment additional week, bottle and enjoy
