5 IBU - US Fuggle at 90 min
10 IBU - Chinook at 30 min
25 IBU - 50/50 Cascade & Centenial - Whirl pool for 20 minutes - then chill for 40 minutes - total 60 min
Fullers Yeast (WLP002) -- Chill to ~63 F, naturally rise and ferment at ~66 F.
**Finishes at 2.4 Plato (1.009 FG)**
Dry Hop when 80% fermented (another ~1 plato or .004 remaining) --- ~3 days worth, then crash cool
~7-8 days warm...
