Recipe Notes
Mash for 1 hour at 156.
Boil 90 minutes.
Can be brewed as-is, but if you want to make it a pumpkin ale, add ~5lb roasted pumpkin to the mash (it may be a good idea to extend the mash and add rice hulls to aide this process), and in the last minute, add the following spices:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp clove
