122* - 15 min

149* - 30 min

154* - 30 min

Clear Candi Sugar can be replaced by Table Sugar or Corn Sugar

If mash tun can mash 30 lbs of grain, replace 5 lbs LME with 24 lbs total base malt

Ferment high 60s to start, then finish in high 70s or low 80s

Possibly secondary fermentation with Brett
