Mash @153 for 90 min w/1.33 qt/lb ratio
Take first gallon of first runnings and boil down to 1/2 gallon in separate pot. Will add caramel flavor to beer.

Reduced smoke and chocolate malt. Changed from 80L to 40L. Added flavor hopping. Added note about caramelizing first wort.

Boil went a little soft. Next time boil slightly harder and sparge for an additional 15 minutes with hotter water (mash temp + 10-15).
