Bake 8lbs of pumpkin flesh (small pie variety) at 150F for 1.5 hours or until tender. Peel away the rind, and add the flesh to the boil (90 minutes).
Add 1# of brown sugar to up the ABV if desired.
Add your own spices as you like them. They'll boil away if added at the beginning of the boil.
1tsp nutmeg, 1tsp cinnamon @ 90 mins, 20 mins, and 2 mins (with 1tsp coriander and vanilla extract).
