Recipe Notes
Mash at 154 for 60 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Add 1 can of LME and all DME with 20 minutes left in the boil. Ferment at 65-70F.
Soak Oak Chips in Vodka and then add to secondary. Sample often until oak flavor is where you want it to be. Wait 4-5 days longer and then bottle or keg. Oak flavor will diminish back to where you want it to be while carbing.
