Recipe Notes

Recipe Notes

**Replace rice syrup solids with clear candi sugar (2lb). The solids were the closest thing I could find to candi sugar in the recipe builder.

Mash at 152 for 90 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Ferment at in mid 60s to mid 70s, depending on flavor profile you want (cleaner versus more esters).

A little high on most characteristics for a tripel, but not sure it is really a belgian strong ale either b/c its not as dry or pale as a strong ale, etc.
