This is a scaled down version of Biermuncher's OktoberFast recipe.
Boil: 90 min.
Mash @ 155*F for 60 min.
Hop schedule:
1.5oz. tettnang (90min)
.5oz tettnang (45min)
.5oz tettnang (30min)
S-04 dry yeast.
primary 3 weeks @ 70*F
secondary 1 week (add gelatin to clear)
on the gas for 2 weeks.
