I only bottled this 5 days ago, but I commonly test my beers at 4, 10, 14 and 21 days. I am very happy with it. It's a beautiful gold color, and a very good beer already. I think it will carbonate a bit more, which would be good, but it in not flat by any means. It had a nice 1/2" or more head without trying. I'm about to the bottom of the glass, and I still got bubbles.
