MASH SCHEDULE: SINGLE INFUSION

Sacch’ Rest: 152° F for 60 minutes

Mashout: 170° F for 10 minutes

BOIL ADDITIONS & TIMES

1 oz Perle (60 min)

Add yeast nutrient @ 10-mins remaining in boil

Add 1-oz semi-sweet dark chocolate @ 5-mins remaining in boil

Packaging Additions:

4 oz Cherry Extract (add to taste in bottling bucket or keg)
