Recipe Notes
Mash for 90 minutes at @ 151. Ferment at 66-67 degrees (actual, not ambient.)
Ferment at least 3 weeks - Dry hop at the end of fermentation in the primary. Cold Crash after 7 days dry hopping and then bottle/keg.
This is real close. Ferment at the higher end, and keep an eye on temp control. I use a water bath in a tub with ice bags as needed
Long mash makes for good fermentability.
