Just add 8 ounces of instant oatmeal to the grain bag, and you're off to the races - no mashing necessary.
Steep grains at 150-160F for 20 minutes in a muslin bag. Remove grain bag from wort. Heat wort to boiling, add all extracts along with the 60 minute hop additions. Add one teaspoon Irish moss with 20 minutes of boil remaining. Add 1oz Fuggles hops with 10 minutes of boil remaining. Add one teaspoon calcium carbonate into the fermenter along with the 2.5 gallons of cooled wort and 2.5 gallons of diluting water.
