60-minute full boil.
7-gal boil, 6 at end, 5.5 to fermenter, 5 in bottles/keg.
Start fermentation @ 68F, ramp up to 80F over fermentation,
OG 1.070 (17.0 P), FG 1.011 (2.7 P).
If fails to attenaute, add WLP 001 Calif, Wyeast 1056 Amer., or Safale US-05. Carb to 3-3.5 CO2 vols.
