Recipe Notes
Mash at 150 for 60 minutes with a 4/3 qt/lb water/grain ratio
batch sparge to 7 gal
boil 90 minutes, add 3g pink peppercorns with 10 min to go
primary 3 weeks
secondary 2 weeks with dry hops
make tea out of a dried chili and add to keg to taste
