Recipe Notes
Mash with 3.0 gallons of water for 45 minutes. Spareg with enough water to collect 5.0 gallons of wort. Add 1.5 gallons of water and boil for 90 minutes. Perle Hops (4.25 AAU) at 75 minutes and Hallertau Hops (2 AAU) at 2 minutes.
