Recipe Notes
Modified version of Bannerman Brewing Naughty Knickers Red Rye (scaled up to 10 gal. and converted to partial mash) and Beetle-Brow Brewery C's Red RyePA hop schedule (with a little tweak there as well). See former recipe for mashing temps and boil time. Also, using 2-5 gallon carboys during fermentation, which is why 2 different yeast strains are listed.
