Roast 1lb of pecan in oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes, place in paper bag over night with paper towel to soak up oils. lightly crush pecans and roast another 5-10 minutes and again place on paper towel to cool.
Mash in at 154 degrees for 60 minutes with pecan pieces layered near bottom of grain bed.
Sparge enough for 90 minute boil - add hops at 60 and 15 minutes of boil.
Kick back and enjoy...
