Recipe Notes
add 2 lbs coca powder to the boil, add 4 oz chocolate extract to the keg/bottling, and an ounce of red pepper and some chipotle in the last 10 minutes of the boil
mash 90mins at 149F to maximize fermentability
sparge out to 8G and assume a 90 minute boil
Ok, so I have not actually made this yet but will post after I brew and bottle. I will be saving the corn sugar to add after a week with a starter of the WLP99. I am treating this as a super high grav beer even though it is only kinda super high grav. Shooting at 14%ABV. My last shot on this scale was an IIPA that hit.. well.. 14+
