American Amber Ale - All Grain
• Makes 10 Gallons @ 75% Efficiency

Mash @ 150 degrees for 60 minutes.
Sparge with 170 degree water.
Add the brewers gold hops when good rolling boil starts.
This will also start the 60 minute boil time. With 15 minutes left add the casacade hops and finish boiling. Cool down to 75-80 degrees and pitch yeast.
As a note I did use two packs of yeast when I pitched my batch. The recipe maker sends the ABV and FG over the top. I came out with around 6.5% ABV.
1.5 cups corn sugar for bottling.
I bottled this after two weeks in the fermenter and let if sit in the bottles for 5 weeks before serving at my son's 21st birthday party. It was a hit.
