Recipe Notes
Step infusion. Mash in at 140 deg for 30min at 1 Qts/#Raise and rest at 150 for 60 min or until conversion is complete. Boil 60 min add yeast at prescibe times and add finnings to your satisfaction. Cool to 62deg and ad yeast and ferment.
