Recipe Notes
Single step mash grains for 30 minutes. Strain and sparge into brew kettle. Add DME, bring to boil, adding hops and Irish Moss at noted times. Cool, add to fermenter and pitch yeast. Bottle after 2 weeks. Cheers!
