Recipe Notes
Steep:
Mix and crush all grains togeher
Bring water to 120 degrees
Steep grains in mesh bag for 25 minutes
Bring water to boil
Remove from burner
Add malt extract to wort ( soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften before adding to wort)
Stir
Add wort back to burners to bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to 1/3
Add hops at specified times.
