OG: 1.084, FG: 1.021, ABV: 8.2%, IBU: 21, Color: 20
Perform mini-mash of grains at 154 - 156F for 45 minutes
Remove grains and bring to a boil.
Add Hops and LME, boil 50 minutes
Add yeast nutrients with 10 minutes to go
Cool and pitch WLP885 Zurich Lager Yeast
FERMENTATION:
Primary: 14 days at 50 - 55F
Secondary: 60 days at 35F
NOTES:
You are looking for a IBU of 21, so the original recipe called for 1.25 oz of Hallertau @ 4.5% AA. I bumped the hop load based upon the AA available at 3.5%
