Replace clear candi sugar with Lyles Golden Syrup if possible

Steep grains at 155° for 30 minutes

Total boil time = 60 minutes

Primary: 14 days @ 68F

Secondary: 14 days @ 68F

BOTTLING

Bottle with 1/2 Cup Corn Sugar

and 1/2 cup Clear Belgian candi sugar

Condition 4+ weeks. Ages well.
