Recipe Notes
Halleratau for last 5 minutes - Tettanang for full 60. Steep grains for 30-35 minutes. Create a yeast starter & ferment / lager as usual. Lager at 55 for primary. Drop to 48 for secondary. Finally chill to serving temp in keg.
