Recipe Notes
PM the crushed grain in 11 qts. of water at 150F for 45 min.
Add water to make 6 gal. of wort, add DME and bring to boil.
Add Hops.
Boil for 60 min.
Cool wort. Transfer.
Pitch yeast. Ferment at 68F.
For CRIS add 2 oz of Sumatra Coffee at flame out.
Taste at secondary.
If more Coffee is desired add 4 oz. of brewed coffee at secondary.
