Steep grains in 3 qts water @ 154F for 30 min.
RInce grains with 1.5 qts water @170.
Add water to make 3 gallons, stir in dry malt and bring to boil.
Boil for 60 min, adding hops at scheduled times. Add Whirfloc
and liquid malt extract at 15 min from end of boil. Chill, transfer to fermentor and add water to make 5 gallons. Aerate wort, pitch yeast,
ferment at 68F. Prime with 5 oz corn sugar at bottling.
