American Pale Ale - Extract
• Makes 5 Gallons @ 75% Efficiency

Bring 2.5 gal water to boil, turn off burner.
Stir in Extract, mixing completely.
Bring wort to a boil, stirring until full boil.
Add Amarillo hops, at 50 minutes to boil
Add Spalt hops at 10 minutes to boil
Turn off burner and add Sterling hops.
Steep for 10 minutes
Cool wort to 70 degrees F as quickly as possible
Sprinkle yeast inside empty fermenter.
Poor cooled wort into fermenter.
Add enough 70 degree F water to fermenter to bring wort level to 5 gal.
Put a lid on the fermenter and an airlock.
Ferment 2 weeks.
Prime and bottle.
Condition 2 weeks.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
