2 oz Hallertauer at 60 min
1 oz. Cascade at 15 min
0.5 oz Cascade at 7 min
0.25 oz Cascade at 5 min
Honey at 5 minutes or flameout
1 tsp Irish Moss at 15 min
Add tea made from 1 scraped vanilla bean, 1TBSP ginger root (dehydrated or ginger powder), 1 Cinnamon Stick, and 1 TBSP bitter orange peel to secondary or to bottling bucket
